Before you begin

Sit upright and supported — on a chair or on the floor with cushions.
This posture keeps you awake, grounded, and open for insight.

2. Find a quiet room for the next 15 minutes
Silence is part of the session.
Turn off notifications, close the door, and give yourself uninterrupted space.

3. Bring your journal
Before you press play, write down one specific situation you need clarity on.
The more precise your question, the clearer your inner guidance becomes.

4. Let the session meet you where you are
No expectations, no pressure — just breath, awareness, and space to hear yourself.

5. Repeat
Use it as often as you like or whenever a new situation or question comes up that might some clarification.
