A woman with long hair and glasses tilts her head back with her eyes closed.

Most people I work with can explain their pattern in the first five minutes.

Where it came from. What it protects. Why it's there. They've read about it, journaled about it, often talked about it in therapy for years.

Then it runs again the next week. The same overdoing. The same holding back. The same reaction they promised themselves they'd handle differently.

I used to think that meant something was missing from the understanding. It isn't. Insight tells you why. It doesn't give your body a different experience — and that's where the pattern actually lives.

→ The room, and its walls

Everything you learned is stored somewhere. What was safe. What wasn't. What you were praised for, what you were warned about. Your subconscious works from that record.

It has edges. Those edges are what feels familiar, and familiar is what your brain reads as safe.

When a decision or a goal sits outside them, your mind treats it as a risk. That's when the overthinking, the overplanning and the overdoing start. Not as a flaw, but as a protection doing its job.

You can't argue a protection out of its job. You can meet it somewhere other than your thinking.

By the end of four weeks, you'll:

  • you know which belief has been running the pattern, not just where it came from.

  • You recognise the protection as it starts, in real time, instead of afterwards.

  • You've had the experience of responding differently at least once — which is the evidence self-trust is built from.

  • You have a way back into that state on your own, for this pattern and the next one.

I don't promise the pattern disappears. I promise you'll stop being run by it without noticing.

What you get

The method

Week 1 — Find the pattern. You identify your overthinker type and the specific situation it keeps producing.

Week 2 — Meet what's underneath. Guided breathwork to reach the belief the pattern protects, rather than the story about it.

Week 3 — Work with it. Reflection and integration, so the shift holds after the session ends.

Week 4 — Rebuild the trust. Practice choosing differently, with support, while it's still new.

Together

  • 3 live group sessions ([duration]), with a small circle working on the same thing

  • A private WhatsApp circle. I answer [Monday to Friday].

Just you

  • A private 1:1 session with me, on your specific pattern

  • Your overthinker type, and how it shapes the decisions you make

Each week

  • A guided breath meditation, to keep the work going between sessions

THIS IS for you if

  • You understand your pattern, and it still repeats

  • You've journaled, read and talked about it, for years

  • You're capable and used to handling things

  • You're willing to work with it somewhere other than your head

THIS ISn’t for you if

  • You're looking for another explanation of your pattern

  • You want a quick fix or a guaranteed answer

  • You're in acute crisis — please speak to a therapist or doctor first

Every Month of Not Deciding Has a Price. You've Been Paying It.

Not in money — in energy. The decision you're carrying costs you a little of every day: the background hum in meetings, the 2 a.m. sessions, the version of your life waiting on the other side. This page will still be here next month. The question is whether you want to still be standing at the same door when it is.

Why This Works When Thinking Harder Doesn't

Rhythmic, activating breathwork shifts your nervous system state in real time — interrupting the loop that has kept the "sensible" option winning by default. In that shifted state, the guided arc takes you through the decision in your body, not your head: you stand on the other side of it, feel that it's survivable, and speak it. Spoken commitment lands differently than silent intention — that's why the session ends in your voice, not in relaxation.

Strong breathing brings real sensations: tingling, temperature shifts, waves of emotion. All normal, all temporary, all signs of the pattern moving. You stay in control throughout.

Not suitable during pregnancy or with epilepsy, anxiety disorders, psychosis, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, elevated intraocular pressure, history of stroke, or recent surgery — my gentler formats are the right door if any of these apply.

Hi, I’m Andie

Why I work this way

I spent ten years in corporate marketing, deciding everything with my head. I could have told you exactly why I stayed too long. I knew the belief: that safety only comes with a permanent job. It was my parents' generation's idea of safety, not mine.

Knowing that changed nothing for about two years. What changed it was meeting it in the body, repeatedly, until it stopped deciding for me.

I have a background in psychology and communication science, I'm PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® certified, and I'm trained in systemic constellation facilitation. I'm not here to explain your pattern to you. You can already do that.
