Withdrawal Policy and Withdrawal Form for Consumers in the Case of a Service Contract
Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Breathwork & Coaching by Andie Simon, Ortsstr. 15, 78357 Mühlingen, email: hello@andie-simon.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, delivery of food and beverages, and for the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract only after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon our commencement of contract performance, and we have provided you with the content of your declaration on a durable medium within a reasonable period after contract conclusion, but at the latest before delivery of the goods or before the commencement of the service. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract conditional upon the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion and delivery, have their residence, habitual abode, or delivery address outside a Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and do not belong to any of these Member States.
Returns and Refund Policy
Live Events (In-Person) Purchased tickets for live events may be withdrawn within the 14-day legal withdrawal period. However, withdrawal is excluded within 72 hours of the event taking place. After this point, tickets are non-refundable.
Online Events Purchased tickets for online events may be withdrawn within the 14-day legal withdrawal period. However, withdrawal is excluded within 72 hours of the event taking place. After this point, tickets are non-refundable.
Coaching and Digital Programmes The 14-day withdrawal period applies, unless digital content has already been downloaded or the right of withdrawal has been expressly waived by the customer at the time of purchase.
Physical Products Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
