Meet Your INNER DECISION ROOM
5 LIVE Days FOR DEEP THINKERS
For creators and independent founders about to be seen with something of their own. Five live mornings that move one decision from your head into your hands, through breath, psychology and the question underneath.
Decisions that feel as easy as an exhale, right when it matters most.
NEXT DATES: coming soon
Safety Note: Not recommended during pregnancy, epilepsy, anxiety disorders, psychosis, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions, elevated intraocular pressure, history of stroke, or recent surgery.
The INNER room is where you meet your subconscious mind.
WHAT THE ROOM IS
Your thinking mind is brilliant. It plans, weighs, builds and improves. It's the floor you work on.
Underneath the thinking is the room where decisions are actually made: your subconscious mind. It holds your identity, or what you think it is: who you are, what someone like you does, what you're allowed to want. Much of it was learned long ago, from other people.
When a decision fits that identity, it feels easy. When it asks you to become more visible, it gets sent back upstairs to be thought about again.
Your breath is the stairway. As it slows and lengthens, the room gets loud enough to hear.
In the Decision Room, you go underneath the thinking.
A tool you can use today
The protection sentence
Every decision you hold open is protecting you from something. This finds it in under a minute.
Finish it fast, without editing
If I decide to ,
___ will think ___.
One question
Take one long exhale. Then answer.
Whose standard is this?
Where did you first learn it? A person, a place, a job, a voice.
What you found
The standard behind it
You've named the standard. That's step two of five.
- Name the pattern
- Find whose standard it is
- Hand it back to its ownerDAY 3 · BREATHWORK
- Find the line that's hardest to sayDAY 3 · BREATHWORK
- Choose your own measureDAY 5 · RELEASE AND RECEIVE
Naming it shows you why the decision stayed open. Closing it happens in the body: three more steps that hand the standard back and give you a measure of your own. We do them together, live.
THE 5 kinds of deep thinkers.
Every decision is different: a launch, a stage, a price, a move, a partnership. The way deep thinkers protect themselves falls into five patterns. Each one is a strength first.
-
overgives work: another version, another plan. Overthinks whether it's ready.
-
overgives preparation: courses, certificates, backup plans. Overthinks what could go wrong.
-
overgives yeses: free sessions, discounts, favours. Overthinks what everyone else needs.
-
overgives loyalty: to old offers, old prices, roles they've outgrown. Overthinks what they'd lose.
-
overgives speed: launches and promises before they're ready. Overthinks afterwards, and takes it back.
In the Decision Room, you'll see which one is yours, and your way back to your own answer.
Your decision is personal. The pattern around it is shared.
You see every angle. You hold a high standard. You build carefully. That's why people trust your work.
The same mind can hold a decision open for a long time. Each extra option looks like progress. Each extra week looks responsible.
Across hundreds of decisions, I've seen the same thing: the answer usually arrives early. It waits underneath the thinking for permission.
Your mind is your gift. It just shouldn't decide alone.
Overthinking is the Deep thinkers decide differently.
This is for you if…
You're building something of your own: a brand, a body of work, a practice, a stage
One decision stands between you and being seen with it
You're the one people come to for advice
You want your next step to come from trust, with your thinking as support
You don't need to know what you want. You just need to bring the decision.
Meet your guide: Andie Simon
I spent ten years in corporate marketing, deciding everything with my head. I could have told you exactly why I stayed too long. I knew the belief: that safety only comes with a permanent job. It was my parents' generation's idea of safety, not mine.
Knowing that changed nothing for about two years. What changed it was meeting it in the body, repeatedly, until it stopped deciding for me.
I have a background in psychology and communication science, I'm Breathwork certified, and I'm trained in systemic constellation facilitation. I'm not here to explain your pattern to you. You can already do that.
