What is Breathwork? (Live Online Workshop)
Breathwork is not magic. It’s not “just breathing.” It’s a practical way to change your state—fast.
In this live online workshop, I’ll break down what breathwork actually is, what it does to your nervous system, and why it can create clarity when your mind is loud. Then we’ll do a guided breath session together so you can feel the difference in real time.
You’ll leave with:
a simple, grounded understanding of breathwork (and what it’s not)
the most common myths cleared up (so you know what to expect)
a live guided session to reset your system and quiet mental noise
3 mini tools you can use daily—for stress, focus, and sleep
Perfect for you if: you overthink, feel stressed or “wired,” or you’re curious about breathwork but want a safe, no-woo introduction.
We will use PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® - a dynamic form of breathwork that helps you release stress, find inner balance, and expand your consciousness. This practice combines ancient breathing techniques with contemporary science and the immersive power of electronic music.
Through rhythmic breathing and specially composed soundscapes, you enter a state of clarity, creativity, and inner strength. These sessions are designed for anyone who wants to reduce stress, boost resilience, and reconnect with their personal vision and purpose.
Benefits you may experience:
Deep relaxation and release of stress
Access to creative and meditative states
Strengthened nervous system and higher energy levels
Silence of the inner critic and connection to your inner guidance
How to prepare:
Wear comfortable clothing
everything you need for a comfortable seating position, a blanket and good sound
