Weeks 1–3 — The pattern breaks. Three breathwork sessions that go deep. Each one reaches a layer the last one opened.
Week 4 — Systemic constellation. You see where the pattern started — the family dynamics, the inherited loyalties, the moment it became yours. And where it stops being yours.
Weeks 5–6 — Two more breathwork sessions. The places the first three opened the door to. This is where the real rewiring happens.

FAQ & Important information before your UNBREATHE experience

This is an intensive conscious connected breathing technique that works directly with your nervous system. Sessions create deep physiological and emotional shifts, including altered states of consciousness, strong physical sensations, and emotional release.
This is powerful work. And with that comes a responsibility — mine and yours — to make sure it's the right fit.

UNBREATHE is designed for physically healthy adults who are emotionally stable and ready to work with whatever surfaces during a breathwork session. You should be comfortable with intensity, willing to follow guidance, and able to communicate openly about your experience.

Please consult your doctor before booking if any of the following apply to you:
→ Pregnancy or actively trying to conceive
→ Epilepsy or a history of seizures
→ Cardiovascular conditions — including high blood pressure, heart disease, arrhythmia, or a history of stroke
→ A diagnosed psychiatric condition — including psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe PTSD
→ Severe or uncontrolled asthma
→ Glaucoma or detached retina
→ A recent surgery (within the last 6 months)
→ An active aneurysm or history of aneurysm

Conscious connected breathing can produce strong physical and emotional responses. These are part of the process and are guided safely throughout. You are always in control and can slow down or stop at any point.

Breathwork can surface memories, emotions, and patterns that have been stored for a long time. This is often exactly what creates the shift. But if you are currently in an acute mental health crisis, experiencing active suicidal ideation, or in an unstable emotional state, please reach out before booking so we can talk about timing.
There is a version of this work that's right for you — and sometimes the bravest thing is to wait until the foundation is solid enough to hold what comes up.
