Online PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® Group Breathwork Session
Silence your inner critic. Change the pattern. Feel something shift.
4:00 PM CET (Berlin Time) / 10 AM ET / 7 AM PT
duration: 90 minutes
Online via Zoom (Details will follow after booking)
Perfect for beginners. No experience needed. Just headphones, a quiet space, and the willingness to feel something shift.
Join from anywhere. This is a virtual breathwork session — live, guided, fully immersive. Camera off, eyes closed. You show up as you are.
What breathwork actually does: It interrupts the pattern your nervous system has been running on autopilot. The result: less overthinking, more clarity, and a calm that stays with you long after the session ends.
What participants say:
★★★★★ "My 1 hour was more effective than 1 week of Joe Dispenza."
★★★★★ "I had forgotten what silence feels like."
This is for you if...
you lie awake at night and your mind won't stop
you're functioning, but no longer truly living
you're tired of being strong and pushing through
you've tried everything – and you're still here
You walk in with:
the mental carousel that won't stop spinning
the exhaustion that stays even after vacation
the feeling of constantly being "on"
You walk out with:
a quiet mind – maybe for the first time in years
the feeling of finally being able to breathe
the best sleep you've had in a long time
What is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH®?
It is a breathing technique combined with music and bass frequencies that shuts down your inner critic in 60 minutes – whether you want it to or not. Science-based. No substances.
This session works directly with your nervous system — the place where anxiety, emotional reactivity, and stress responses live. One session can create a shift you feel for days.
Old & stuck emotions may come up during the sessions! And they are welcomed.
